To ensure high quality software, you need to have more people look at your software with a critical eye. You can have friends, family, and peers review your program, but we have found that the most effective method of uncovering problem areas in a program is to have a trained software tester work with the program. A trained software tester can efficiently find problems and report them to you so that you can easily reproduce them.
